SIAM KUBOTA Corporation Co.,Ltd. is a joint venture between Kubota Corporation Japan and The Siam Cement PLC. (SCG). Commencing operations on August 2, 2010 with a current registered capital of 3,114 million baht. - July 28, 1978 established The Siam Kubota Diesel Co.,Ltd. To manufacture and sell products under the brand "KUBOTA" and "TRA CHANG". Later changed its name to The Siam Kubota Industry Co.,Ltd.

- April 7, 2006 established Siam Kubota Leasing Co.,Ltd. to business in hire-purchase for Thai farmers.

- September 21, 2007 established Siam Kubota Tractor Co.,Ltd. to manufacture domestic Tractor.

- August 2, 2010 amalgamated between The Siam Kubota Industry Co.,Ltd. and Siam Kubota Tractor Co.,Ltd. to "SIAM KUBOTA Corporation Co.,Ltd.

The company now has a staff of more than 2,000 employees with all production capacity more than 200,000 units/year in order to meet rapidly increasing market demand in Asia.


1. Inspection Engineer

Job description:

1. Responsible for product quality after the delivery and use of its customers.
2. Quality control included to problems from the customer claim and to prevent recurrence of the problems.
3. Training for the technical and engineering knowledge to employees in the department.
4. Implementation of quality policies, Environmental management system and safety in the workplace.
5. Other assignment.

2. Purchasing Engineer

Job Description:

1. Search for the potential suppliers of production and service part.
2. Conduct QC audit for new potential suppliers with QA department.
3. Issue RFQ – Request for Quotation to candidate suppliers.
4. Select potential suppliers for production and service part who can achieve Q, C and D requirements.
5. Follow up the progress of production preparation for new-project parts and mass-production part (ECN request) to attain master plan and quality requirement.
6. Do cost reduction activities such as Kaizen, VE and etc. to achieve Purchasing target.
7. Encourage and push suppliers to continually improve Q, C and D performance such as claim rate reduction (Q), part cost reduction (C), capacity improvement (D) and etc.
8. Solve any transaction problem between company and suppliers.
9. Other assignments.


Qualification:

1. Age not over 26 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or related fields.
3. At least GPA. of 2.70 for bachelor's degree.
4. Good command of English (TOEIC >= 550)
5. Able to work permanently at Amata Nakorn, Chonburi.
6. 0-3 years of experience in related field.
