Responsibilities:
• Promote knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by, among others, strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
• Works closely with a project owner (EVP & HR director) & team on all relevant matters.
• Contributes to the team in the further development of the Performance Measurement Framework, including monitoring and evaluation systems, indicators, baseline and bi-annual data collection methods.
• Works in a team approach, consulting programme team members, partners and other key stakeholders during programme planning and implementation
• Manages and monitors budget allocation and expenditures related to Outcome.
• Design, Delivery and effectiveness of learning for academy or learning department.
Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality Only
• Male or Female age over 28 years old
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in any related fields.
• At least 5 years of experienced in Learning and Development function. (Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as a Learning and Development supervisor.)
• Good analytical, Interpersonal, Leadership & Decision Making, Problem Solving skills.
• Creative ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Mature, proactive, highly responsible, adaptable, able to work under pressure and results-oriented.
• Very Good command of English and Computer literacy.
