• Ability to understand and manage the production process of the content
• High level of knowledge in contents in general such as drama, variety shows, music videos
• Knowledge of Korean dramas or K-pop and international contents is a plus.
• Great negotiating skill for external communication
• A thorough understanding of all the creative processes of filmmaking, including screenwriting, directing, editing, and use of music and sound
• Coordinate the activities of writers, directors, managers, and other personnel throughout the production process.
• Monitor post-production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all details.
• Perform management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, planning, and marketing.
• Compose and edit scripts, or provide screenwriters with story outlines from which scripts can be written.
• Negotiate with parties including independent producers, and the distributors and broadcasters who will be handling completed productions.
• Develop marketing plans for finished products, collaborating with sales associates to supervise product distribution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience dealing with digital assets and partner relationships preferably in a studio or technology related environment
• Creative vision, initiative and passion for program making
• Very strong ability to problem solve, multitask, and prioritize in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Must be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail with high volume tasks
• Strong team player
