The seeds from soursop (Annona muricata L.) and sugar apple (Annona squamosa L.) showed similar ash content to the jatoba seeds from this work, with 1.55. and 1.74%, respectively, both lower than that presented by the jatoba pulp (Luzia and Jorge, 2012a).Low levels of proteins were also detected, 12.32% for pulp and 11.32% for seed.
