In terms of our yoga practice, the knee is
often one of the biggest problem joints of
the body. Knee injuries are the most
common of all yoga injuries, and once
damaged, knees present ongoing
difficulties for yoga practitioners.
However, with a little care and
attention, most knee problems in
yoga can be avoided. The following
are some suggestions to prevent
knee injuries arising, and to assist in
rehabilitating existing knee injuries,
whatever their origin.
