1 Live preview of your font. Click on the Edit button to customize this preview with your own text.
2 Font source selector - Inherit means the element will use the font applied to its parent. If the parent does not have a font assigned it will fall back to the body font. System offers several system fonts commonly used by most computers. Google provides access to the entire Google fonts library.
3 When using Google Fonts a subset is required before selecting a font. Not all fonts support all subsets. You should first choose the subset specific to your language and then see what fonts are avaialble. The most common subset is Latin which is selected by default.
4 Font selector - There are over 600 Google fonts, use the field inside the selector to type the name and jump to the required font.
5 Font size.
6 The variant refers to font weight such as Bold for the System fonts. Google fonts come in many weights and it varies from font to font. Some Google fonts do not have any variant and are offered in their "Regular" weight only.
7 Font Style - Normal, Italic.
8 Text Transform - None, Lowercase, Uppercase.
9 Letter Spacing - Enter numerical value for letter spacing, e.g: 1 or negative values -1. Leave empty for normal.
10 Font Color. When selecting a color inside an editor you must click anywhere inside the editor first for the color to remain selected, then click the OK button.
