Prepare training programs
Develops yearly training program as planned.
Implements monthly training program in relation to the training needs
Develops training courses and manuals in cooperation with Department Heads
Coordinates functions and activities for Department Heads
Assists and oversees Department Heads to conduct on-the-job training as well as skill training for new staff
Contacts outside training sources for developing management skills level
Organises English language program or other necessary language used in the hotel
