Hello,
Please review our policies and rules updates below:
We wanted to provide notice of our change of terms to all of our affiliates. These terms may or may not impact you, so please review them.
We have created a more thorough CPC/bidding/Marketing ruleset. We've opened our affiliate programs up to participants in all 50 US states.
We have three separate affiliate programs. One with CJ.com, another with ShareASale.com, and our in-house program. Because we cannot pay duplicate commissions for qualified orders, we must deal with occasional/potential overlapping of one or more of the programs. In the instance where an commission on an order is laid claim from multiple programs, the order of precedence shall be: first right of commission: CJ; second right of commission: ShareASale; third right of commission: our in-house program. In other words, if by some chance of cookie tracking, a customer carries with him or her multiple tracking cookies and places an order, whereby multiple affiliate programs record the sale, the commission will only be paid once on the order. Thus, in resolving the conflict of duplicate commissions, CJ trumps ShareASale and the in-house program, ShareASale trumps the in-house program.
Marketing Policies and Rules
Please refer to our paid search terms restrictions and other marketing rules in the following paragraphs as commissions may be impacted. Internal coupons are not allowed without permission from A1Supplements.com. You are allowed to promote coupons found on the affiliate program or those promoted directly on a A1Supplements.com product page. You are also not allowed to market fictitious coupons, codes, or other fictitious deals and discounts. If any affiliate sale is made with a non-affiliate allowed coupon or a fictitious deal, that sale will became invalid for commission. We also don't allow any affiliate promotions in the A1Supplements.com Forums. If any such banned activity takes place, we will unfortunately have to reverse all unlawful commissions made or at worse, terminate you from the program. We appreciate you making this a fair marketplace for everyone involved.
