Last month we announced the new branding guidelines that will take effect across the company with the 'Kerry' name and logo replacing 'Kerry Ingredients and Flavours.' This change has been made to reflect the wider breadth and markets served by our ingredients and flavours business which now includes complete solutions, nutritional, pharmaceutical and food service products.
In line with this announcement, new branding guidelines have been issued (see attachment) that we are required to implement across Kerry in all regions. A group consisting of Employee Communication & Engagement Leads, Marketing Communications and HR are coordinating the re-branding exercise globally, and this group is responsible for ensuring that the changes are implemented.
Action required by you:
1. Please review any documents (internal and external) that fall within your function and advise me by 25 March 2014 that this review has been completed. Examples of documents include:
- Offers of employment
- Employee recognition certificates or awards
- Open enrollment documents
- Job descriptions
- Other
2. Effect any required changes to such documents by 31 March 2014.
3. Advise and reinforce new brand guidelines with executive assistants, HR assistants and anyone else responsible for managing procurement and distribution of Business cards, Stationery and Forms
Effective immediately, we should be using the new design guidelines on all newly ordered hard copy business stationery, forms and business cards.
