1. Inform the guest the food you are serving , as a double check, by saying “Khun…..,Mr…. (name, if known) this is your food……”
2. Serve from the right hand side
3. Always check if the guest additional items , or another drink
4. Always say “Enjoy your meal / Bon Appetite ( our most of Germany guest ) ” before leaving the guest’s table
5. During service, clear away the extra items such as cutlery, empty glasses and empty plates
6. Always check back with the guests, if they have enjoyed their meal, by saying “How is your……. Khun………,Mr……Madame / monsieur / mademoiselle ?”
