First of all, I am sorry that you have a problem of technical problem these days and you spent high expense due to technical issue. As I told you last time, we will do our best to improve our quality more than before and provide you with stable product in order to maximize your satisfaction and minimized your C/S cost.
I know that the technical issue you concern mainly is from Scan ceph, so I would like to propose providing solution kit for scan ceph to prevent ceph sensor damage and break and protect ceph sensor from any kind of outside damage.
Our R&D dept and Q/C dept found the reason that the sensor broken might be happen when any electronic noise affects breaking sensors caused by unstable electronic situation and no ground connection from the site.
Therefore, we would like to provide you with them at no cost in order to make the installed unit prevented ceph sensor break. As you aware that the units broken ceph sensor in your side was manufactured before 2015, so we will send them for all of units manufactured before 2015.
Kindly noted that we improved ceph structure for protecting ceph sensor from unstable electronic situation and no ground connection from the units manufacturing since 2015, so you don’t need to worry about ceph sensor quality at this time.
I fully understand your situation that extra c/s cost is burden for your business, but I hope you to understand me that I will do my best to minimize your C/S cost by proposing this kind of solution as well and keep our sales contract.
