Is USD1250 a small amount at your side considering this volume of the shipment?
What does ‘Transportation overnight Charge’?
Does it mean the cost for bring both containers back to CY or Warehouse?
Are we going to use the new truck for these 2 containers?
What about the stuffing charge?
Are you unpacking the pallets?
I cannot even draw any pictures. Then, how can we explain the same to the shipper?
The shipper in Korea said the same words as above.
If possible, please list up all the related cost until the final delivery.
Additionally, you said that because the consignee has a forklift for 3 tons only, they couldn’t discharge the goods from the container.
And you moved the containers only after the consignee’s approval.
Is it correct?
By the way, doesn’t the consignee has a dock for the container ( to load and unload the goods by forklift )?
The shipper is checking the problem seriously.
And I already said that we don’t understand why we have to pay ‘Risk of Exchange Rate’.
That’s because we have never paid the same between the offices.
Even though we pay this VAT within 7 days, why should someone pay this cost for RISK?
