Baytril® 100 is a bovine and porcine antibiotic for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease (BRD) in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle and for treatment and control of swine respiratory disease (SRD) in swine.
Cattle - Single-Dose Therapy: Baytril® 100 is indicated for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease (BRD) associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Histophilus somni and Mycoplasma bovis in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle.
Cattle - Multiple-Day Therapy: Baytril® 100 is indicated for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease (BRD) associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida and Histophilus somni (previously Haemophilus somnus) in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle.
Swine: Baytril® 100 is indicated for the treatment and control of swine respiratory disease (SRD) associated with Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus parasuis and Streptococcus suis.
Cattle must not be slaughtered within 28 days from the last treatment.
Swine must not be slaughtered within 5 days of receiving a single-injection dose.
Supplied as either a bottle containing 100 ml or 250 ml.
