Nucleus in the tissues of human body is composed of protons and neutrons. In theory, the magnetic nuclei of all elements can be used for MRI imaging, but in the current imaging mode, only hydrogen nuclei presently with one neutron proton are mainly used.
¬Brain tissues in MRI images [1] can always be divided into two main types: normal tissues, including gray matter, white matter and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and abnormal tissues, usually containing tumor, etc.
MRI brain image is a RGB image. This image is first converted into intensity image. Gray scale image is also known as an intensity image. Group of class pixel values specify intensity values.
