Management Reponsibilitie
1. Full lifecycle project management experience including hardware installation, software installation, software/hardware testing, user acceptance testing and release to production.
2. Managing staff,Supplier team to ensure that all milestones are archived within the argreed time frame.
3. Managed the project team to ensure that the successful and timely delivery on accordance to the client's expectation.
4. Produced an effective plan & risk assessment so that timescales and project costs are underwritten, understood & accepted by the Project director.
5. Change control and configuration management
6. Strong proficiency in MS Project/MS Office suite/MS Visio/SharePoint portal
7. Having a close relationship with suppliers and contractors.
8. Team player, strong attention to detail, ability to work with staff at all levels within an organisation.
9. Proven ability to achieve results in very high pressure environments and to keep teams motivated.
10. Able to manage and control projects in multiple project environments.
11. Writing progress reports & presenting them to directors.
12. Monitoring all work in accordance with schedules.
13. Producing & maintaining project management plans.
14. Monitoring and managing all contractors, consultants and
third party suppliers within each project.
Consultant Reponsibilities
1. Contributes to system architecture design and review of the systems functionality to meet business requirements.
2. Installing, Configuring, and implementing Core Banking System/ERP/Specific application software.
3. Core Banking System experience inclues loan origination system, CIF and Lending modules.
4. ERP experience includes HR, CRM and Accouting system.
5. Change control and configuration management.
6. Considerable experience working in a PRINCE environment.
7. Sold and implemented Core Banking system / ERP / CRM software throughout 5 customers in five year.
