Also, as the manager, be courageous and decisive. Be
willing to take principled positions, stand up for your staff,
and make firm decisions. And be able to explain the reasons
for the things that you do. Just imagine that every day and
in every way your staff is watching you and forming its own
behaviors by observing the way you act. Set a good example
for everyone on your staff so that if every employee
behaved the way you do, your company would be a terrific
place to work
