Report wise, please be specific in terms of the
1. Project nature : - description of what the customer want and using what product
2. Project amount: - Stand alone project, or if for OEMs what is the annual consumption in quantity and value
3. Competitor: Keyence or other system house?
4. Technical support :- required from HQ or from Supplier
5. Price support :- Special price needed?
6. When will we receive the order:
7. Date of next follow up with the customer:
Those information are important and must be set into the mind of sales person when they approach the customers.
Also, do not put the whole team 2 (Surachai's team) combined into one project amount. Each individual engineer must have his own project list.
