Job Duties
- Responsible for all Human Resource activities, such as recruitment, training & development, etc.
- Handle & monitor labor case and take responsibility for Union, NGOs relations and crisis situations.
- Planning, monitoring & reviewing yearly plan of employee traditional events, recognition engagement and CSR.
- Ensure that the organization's human resource strategy is implemented effectively & within established budgets & that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Develop a strong network with HR Manager & HR personnel of competitors and other companies.
- Develop good network with Government departments, employment agencies, industry players & other relevant service providers.
