However, after checking with Cosco tracking detail, we found that our container had pending at the Singapore 2 weeks with no notification from any side. It has created the big problem for our side and customer side , it effected to our customer sales planning and relate activity .
But this delay and container pending at transit port issue is the 2nd time in one month period from the booking what we booked to Cosco ( the 1st issue from Jabel Ali shipment) . So, we regret to inform that we may avoid to book with Cosco for future shipment.
