This is my FIFTH request for a response from you in five business days in order to solve my problems with my Buffalo HD-PZU3 hard-drive as described in the emails below. I really do need to get a positive response and solution to this problem immediately!!

I received a “read receipt requested” notification that you read my email from yesterday to Khun Chutinant. I hope that you and/or Khun Chutinant can help to answer my emails and solve my problems. You should also know that I have sent a copy of the email which I sent to Khun Chutinant yesterday (shown below) to Buffalo’s global customer service center highlighting the lack of meaningful and positive customer support I am receiving from your company as the agent for Buffalo in Thailand. I would hope that one of you can act professionally and competently to solve the problems and to meet my request as outlined in the email conversation below.
