Making a Drawing: What is meant by the word drawing here is all the drawings that help the correlation and
the data given in the problem become visible. These can be simple lines, geometrical shapes, dots, etc.(Arslan,
2002).
Intelligent Guessing and Testing Strategy: With this strategy, the answer of the problem is guessed while
solving a problem and whether the guess is correct or not is tested. If it is correct, the problem is solved. If it is
incorrect, new guesses are made. This process goes on until the correct answer is found(Altun, 2002).
Simplifying the problem: The problem is divided into sub-problems when encountered with wide complex
problems in this strategy. Each sub-problem is any problem that simplifies the solution of the original problem.
The successive simplifying process goes on until all the sub-problems are solved easily. Then these separated
parts are recombined for the solution of the original problem(Dhillon, 1998).
