X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) patterns of the samples
were recorded on a D/max-2500 diffractometer (copper tar-get, RIGAKU, Japan). The particle size and shape of the sus-pension were observed using transmission electron microscopy
(TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy
(HRTEM) on a JEM-2010 apparatus with an acceleration volt-age of 200 kV. Infrared (IR) spectra of the samples were
recorded using a KBr pellet technique. Thermal dehydration
were performed using a Netzsch STA449C thermogravimetric
analyzer at a heating rate of 10
◦
C/min under nitrogen from
room temperature to 1200
◦
C. Samples were predried at 50
◦
C
for 12 h before the measurements.
