Yeah, marriage isn't taken to seriously these days. People know divorce as an easy way out if something goes wrong, instead of working through the issues that may arise. When my husband and I got married, we discussed the issues we would have for the rest of our lives. My kids and his kids. It's hard sometimes, but with our discussing this before marriage; we said divorce is not an option. We communicate anything we need to deal with something. With both of us being married before, we neither had talked about our problems. So we make this a priority-communication. My mom and dad had been married 50 yrs. Other family members are staying married, going on 20-45yrs. and still counting. They know divorce is not an option either. Now if your getting abused, RUN.
