From our system, we have issued the correct item but physically our whse has inevitably issued out the wrong cargo to the above order.
This error could have happened as the 2 items have very similar product code with only a difference of 1 digit & unfortunately the item was also stored at the same rack.
We apologize for this grave error. Please advise us on the next course of actions.
