NT ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION OF TRANSFER TERMS
With regards to my/our transfer request, either:
(a) for funds to be transferred out of the account I hold with Trading Point of Financial Instruments Ltd (herein after Trading Point) and into any other account held with Trading Point and/or;
(b) for funds to be transferred into the account I hold with Trading Point from another Trading Point account;
By proceeding with any of the above described transfers (hereinafter referred to as Transfer or Transfers), I understand, acknowledge, accept and authorize that:
1. Any amount leaving my account will be debited from my account.
2. Any amount entering my account will be credited to my account.
3. Funds transferred are the property and responsibility of the account holders and as such no responsibility or liability whatsoever may be attributed to Trading Point. In any case, I shall hold Trading Point harmless of, and shall indemnify Trading Point against, any and all claims to such funds.
4. The sender or recipient of these funds may view the number and types of accounts I maintain with Trading Point.
5. Trading Point may in its absolute discretion withdraw or amend any account information at any time.
6. Trading Point is under no obligation to provide account information in hard copy, e-mail or any means other than through its Online Trading Facility.
7. The transaction takes place in good faith and I have verified the identity of the other transacting party. As such, I have correctly completed the required transaction details.
8. Any electronic instructions shall be treated as satisfying any legal requirement that a communication should be signed and in writing. Any rights or requirements under any Applicable Laws, Rules and/or Regulations in any jurisdiction which require an original (non-electronic) signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, are hereby considered waived.
