I hope you and your staff are doing well and that you have had a successful FDI exhibition as we had. We were very grateful to have your colleagues at our booth to support the NTI’s participation in that event.
Thank you for the wonderful evening in the Apinara restaurant and the talks we enjoyed with your partners with tasteful food and nice atmosphere.
Dr. Apipone, in our meeting during the exhibition you mentioned that you’re going to extend your range of lab products. One of your ideas was to visit the biggest lab to learn about their needs in products. I add a list of some NTI products with great potential to this Email as to help with this project.
Also you informed about a possible upcoming registration request also for lab products that you wanted to reconfirm with time schedules further. The issue I see on our side is that in Germany there is no health authority responsible for lab products to issue any CFS. Lab products are not considered as medical devices and can be freely sold and marketed by the producers on their own responsibility. But please let me know what Pat can find out.
In our meeting you also addressed the issue of some discontinued FGM/RA instruments. I added a list of the instruments in question. In order to provide you with the MOQ and leadtime on those items my production colleagues were asking what are the products of that list that you really need for dental schools. Based on this information we will be able to give you the order requirements on those items.
During the FDI I had a short 2 h product training we Dr. My from Cambodia. Now his colleague is asking about the terms and conditions to buy directly from NTI. Is this correct or do they have to order from your stocks first? What can I answer to Meth Sokcheanich (called Mao)?
Please advise.
I look forward to your kind information and hope that we can intensify our business towards the year’s end as we are running behind our last year’s performance.
Thank you for your attention on the different matters.
