If driver drive up to park in the building that would take longer time than what it was. And we did not have the phone number from him. We always expected to give our valuable customer an excellent service as much as we can. We have sent you the driver details to give Mr. Peter a possibility to contact us and we didn't realize this case will happened in the end.
