Registration and Contract Processing Assist Manager
Accountabilities
1. Review and authorize vehicle registration/change form for registration at Department of Land Transportation
2. Prepare registration and custodian monthly report for dashboard
3. Control and monitor team for vehicle registration data input in system and ensure completeness and accuracy of data maintain in system
4. Ensure all vehicle registration card are safe-kept in strong room after registration, and follow up the pending and missing bluebook from relevant party
5. Ensure effectively and timely dispatch of vehicle registration card to customer
6. Develop operation process under scope of responsibility to improve the quality and productivity of team members
7. Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of data maintenance and dispatch
8. Coach and support team member in developing skill/ competencies, including motivate their performance
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with good experience in operation process and administrative.
• Computer literacy
• Vehicle registration process
• high team spirit
• able to work under tight timeframes and pressure
• good leadership
• able to work independently with initiative
