Dear Sirs,
I am resident at Viva Garden Serviced Residences, 1988 Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok 10260.
As internet connection I am using a dedicated 3BB internet connection with separate contract.
The internet connection is extremely (!) unreliable and permanent interruptions happen very frequently. This is absolutely not what I am expecting. With my existing service contract, I expect that the interruption free connection is provided that I am paying for. Currently, this is absolutely not the case. I had long ongoing problems with frequent interruptions. But just recently I am experiencing such an inacceptable service quality that I have to file a serious complaint.
3BB has to change this situation immediately! I am not going to pay for a service which is de-facto not provided.
Furthermore, I claim compensation from 3BB for a financial loss that I suffered due to the fact that the internet service was not working properly. Due to one of the frequent network interruptions, an online transaction was carried out twice. This was not discovered by me until the credit card billing. Unfortunately, this was too late to cancel the reservation. Therefore, I had to pay USD 85.53 totally in vain. Just because 3BB service was so terrible.
Now, I have two absolute serious tasks for 3BB which need to be clarified immediately:
- 3BB has to fix the internet connection. Within the next two days (deadline 11 May 2016). No excuses. It is your responsibility to provide a service if you are charging for it.
In case 3BB fails to comply with this request, there will be no further payments of any 3BB invoices. No service = No money. Very easy.
- 3BB has to refund me USD 85.53. I was losing the money just because of 3BB. It is 3BB responsibility to provide compensation.
Please let me know if any further information is required to proceed with these two requests.
I will not accept any delay.
