We have checked into the issue, pick up time very early in the monring 3.55 AM, the
driver went to pick up the guest late, the guest left on their own and the driver
didn’t inform the company.
The guest didn’t call our hotline number either.
We driver has received the warning already.
We would like to waived this transaction, and please help us apologized to the guest.
