There are many more such videos from China Uncensored, if you plan to visit China I recommend that
you watch all these videos from China Uncensored first. They are very accurate of what is happening in
mainland China, I can assure you after having lived there myself for 5 years. Chris Chapel (the man who
creates all these videos from China Uncensored) makes a new video every week or every second
week about current events in China.
These videos are based on deep digging journalism, not so superficial like they first might appear.
And each video is short, only 3-6 minutes, so it's easy to follow them.
If you go to China, you need a VPN client so you can watch Youtube and Facebook there, because
both are censored in China.
When you start to learn Chinese, I think it's a good idea to learn much words and not so important
grammar and sentence construction. Because if you know a lot of words you can express your
thoughts and emotions and ideas even with only words, they understand you, no need to be
correct grammar. That's more important, to communicate every day because that's most fun,
meet real Chinese at the supermarket and on the streets, and being able to say many words to
them and see they understand you.
