From just 25 light installations at Circular Quay in 2009, Vivid Sydney has grown to become the world’s largest festival of light, music and ideas with more than 80 displays and a turnout of more than 1.7 million visitors in 2015.
This year is set to be even bigger with the program now spanning 23 days between May 27 and June 18.

New venues include Taronga Zoo and the Royal Botanic Garden, which join the regular precincts at Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and the Australian Maritime Museum, Martin Place, Central Park and Chatswood.
