This factor is significant and specific to online shopping. Kuo et al. (2009) point out that perception that there is not enough security and privacy on public online store is a barrier to increase in this sector. The information that customer give on website when they buying a product or a service such as credit card and other personal information able to misused by using certain algorithms to decipher the entry. Passwords and user name IDs are barely enough to keep the hackers away. Nowadays, the encryption and digital signatures should be customized and renewed to support enough security.
