We are in the process of starting the Annual Performance Appraisal for the financial period from April 1st, 2013 to 31st March, 2014; you are expected to complete the Annual Appraisal Exercise by 15th March 2014. This exercise is conducted with the objective of assessing each staff in the areas of productivity, performance, and contribution towards the business in the last 12 months.
Please see attached Performance Appraisal Level 5 – 3 and Performance Appraisal 7 – 5, respectively.
Performance Appraisal 5 – 3 is for HODs / Managers / Assistant Managers (Please fill out Sections 4 and 5).
Performance Appraisal 7 – 5 is for all other backend employees (Please fill out Sections 1 and 2).
NOTE: IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHICH FORM TO USE FOR YOUR RESEPCTIVE TEAM MEMBERS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
Please note and inform the employees accordingly on the following points:
1) Any bonuses / incentives or increment awarded will be based on the Group’s performance and individual performance assessment recommended by the supervisor / manager and reviewed by the Management payable by end April / May 2014. The completion of the appraisal does not equate to automatic increment or bonus payment.
2) Any increments will take place April 1, 2014 and bonuses will be payable April / May 2014 (performance based).
Philippe and I will schedule the HOD appraisals during the week of March 17th.
