Definition of Terms
Habit - A settled practice, habits are the building blocks of our character. It is an intersection of desire, skill and knowledge.
Principles - fundamental truths that are the basis of any type of belief. Principles help in the integration of habits into a person's life
Paradigm - A perception on life, wherein people think they see the world as it is, however, they see the world on how they are conditioned to see it.
Paradigm shift - Changing of someone's frame of reference, through understanding another point of view, which results in a change of behavior.
‘Inside-out approach’ - A process of change that begins with one's character, paradigms, and motives, followed by the personality ethic.
Dependence - Being reliant on other people, for wellbeing and survival.
