In charge of Receptionist area in attending all incoming visitors and phone calls as well as in/out mails and parcels.
Responsible for stationary and office supply and control.
Coordinate for the maintenance of office facilities.
Handle air ticket reservations for both domestic and international travels.
Make local hotel reservations and transportation for business visitors.
Coordinate with office building administrator for relevant office maintenance.
Responsible for the supply of relevant office refreshment.
Produce relevant monthly expenses reports and phone directory.
Any other tasks assigned by superior.
Required Qualification
Required Education, Knowledge & Experience
Thai national, aged between 25-30 preferred
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least few years of experience in handling administration or relevant functions
Experienced in working in a cross-culture work environment preferred
Required Job Skills & Abilities
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
