Since yesterday, a few of you have asked a number of questions about different parts of the paper. Instead of individually answer these questions I will try to give you an overview that will hopefully answer the questions you are all asking.
When you are collecting information/data for your paper. always remember the overall question I asked the first day we meet the first day , which is:
“Why is it that the country we choose are successful in educating its citizens in english compared to Thailand?”
To move on in your date collection ask yourself more questions to each part of the body paragraph:

o Mandatory schooling
o Educational level of teachers

o Etc.
· How is the Class Structure?
o Class sizes
o Teaching methodology
o Teaching behavior
o Etc.
· What Political action have been taken?
o How many educational reforms have there been over the last 25 years?
o Changes in education of teachers?
o School structure centralized or decentralized?
o Etc.
Comparison:
What factors/structures/approaches/etc differs from or conform to the Thai education actors/structures/approaches/etc?
Recommendations
“How can this knowledge be utilised/implement to improve the current educational setting in Thailand?
Are the changes need on a micro, mezzo or macro level? or all three?
Etc.
