The extracts obtained with 50% ethanol (WEE) and 50% methanol (WME) showed the
highest antioxidant activity, scavenging 50% of the free DPPH radicals at very low concentrations (0.33 and 0.34 mg/mL, respectively).Once more, water extracts (WEs) reported the highest EC50 value(0.72 mg/mL) and, consequently, the lower antioxidant activity.
