I got a chance to internship at Mandarin Hotel for 4 months which I have training in many positions, such as Income Auditor, Account Payable and Account receivable.The fist time I was assigned to do the Income Auditor and I learned how to check document paper, and check about statement and documents Voucher from customers and learn how to charge customers by using the terminal(EDC). This is my job in two months.I had the opportunity to study the account payable which help a little. But it can increase my knowledge and understand about the expenditure of the hotel and then I get the opportunity to study about Account receivable which I have to check the due date payment of customers. And follow the paymen when due settlement of Travel agenzy. And on my duty in every day I have to assigned the job to Messenger to pick up the cheque, and billing. Including documents, postal, etc. to delivery for customers.
The problem that I see from this work is lag to send the documents on time, because some of the messenger to many, So actually It did Cheque and billing not on time, so we have to wait for the next to do.
I have made the schedule Messenger to control documentation, billing and cheque including documents that the hotel to send.For make it easier to check and help messenger work easier.
