Assist the Silk Road Assistant Manager and/or the Manager with the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution. Must be punctual in his scheduled time to check his station, train his staff about menus and service procedures, and discipline the staff.
The Supervisor will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the Hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service quality is maintained.
