Meeting Minutes - LAN Collective Workshop @Glowfish
Participants: K. Sam, K. Samuel, K. Nok, K. Big, K. Eva, K. Ning, K. Tom, K. Nid, K. Tang, LJ
• Counter Index for Sales should include ‘Spd’ to observe counters such as Rangsit(where it was closed for a few months)
• Please look into counters where the customer registration rate is low:
o Siam Paragon, Zen, Phuket, Chiangmai should report how many tourists visited on daily basis
o K.Nok: Please summarize every month end
• Please have a sense of ownership
• DMs should be ready every 25th of each month, Reviews should be ready every 5th of each month
• Is there a reason Ladprao did not grow?
• We need to recruit ‘Field Coaching
• Waterbank cream sales are quite low in terms of sales wgt%
o K.Ning: How can we make sales for ‘Cream’? As a skincare brand?
• Not only the BAs but also the Area supervisors will be challenged on certain information regarding their respective counters ( How many BBC did Paragon sell? Etc.)
• K.Ning: Make question for BA and let K.Sam see
• K.Ning: Please Prepare Budget Plan for 216 regarding Training, Team building & Motivation
• Gurumong App
• All Stock delivery should have K.Sam’s approval beforehand
• Counter Visit Reports should be filed every week.
• Area Supervisors:
o Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Routine: What job? Who to report?
o Need a solid format for routines
o Submission by next Wednesday
• Every 15th of the month: Bring Counter Managers to Office for Management Meeting
o Not All but key counters which are experiencing certain issues
• Report to K.Sam regarding how much was spent on what.(budget) by next Wednesday
o Reviews need numbers
• Biz Trips should have clear purposes
• How many times do we have left for Maire Claire? Please check
• All the refill should be brought back to warehouse since we no longer sell them anymore
• Stock Report Format Revise: Only running SKUs should be included. All Limited editions should be excluded
• Check on Scanners: We used to have scanners for all counters in the beginning. Please check the whereabouts
• K. Big: Report & Summary on Media Visit and Planning should be submitted by next Wednesday
• K. Eva: Make plan according to the MKT Calendar next year
• Consider both Qualitative and quantitative feedback, when receiving feedback
• Whenever we have something new of anything, please bring a piece to K. Sam
• Can we do a Competitor Welcome kit or Birthday Kit Study?
• Next year, let us focus more on Instagram and SNS, rather than the traditional newspapers and magazines
• Events should not be exㅠecuted only once, it should be utilized over and over again
• GWP list for Jan should be confirmed
• We also have the Brand Calendar that we can utilize
