However , I think you misunderstand Wan san`s approach and my E-mail.
Or maybe , I do not understand your intent of below E-mail.
I think it is better to talk in our monthly W/H review .
I do not think Run san well manage the W/H. He just accepted the Losses and did not inform to MHM.
He gave up the Kaizen of these up and down works.
I respect Wan san , at least , he communicates these loss elimination opportunity to our customer MHM.
This is the mother of Kaizen, start of Kaizen.
We need to improve our communication with MHM and TAIT to eliminate any losses
