Please note that even though there are automatic and manual alert systems, discrepancy can occur between the data in Tars and the one in the distributor’s system. This is the main reason why, most of the time, the reservations are rejected and they should, therefore, be sent by mail or fax.
Imagine that there are updates that Tars constantly sends to the distributors (sales conditions/prices/planning). If by the time the update is being integrated , there are guests making bookings on the distributors sites, most likely their reservations will be rejected as the upgrade was not yet taken into account.
