Islamic concept of organization has refreshed our idea that the role of it is to satisfy the need of prominent human resources, while meeting the moral and social responsibility. From this study, it can be concluded that organization is mainly concerned in Islamic perspective. This study found that organization has to develop two functions, as follows: § Internal function, where it relates to its resources, i.e. human resource, system, and task. § External function, that emphasizes on its role for community development and social obligation for better condition. If organization manages these two functions effectively, hence it will imply for the establishment and affection of its role in the society with properly. As a result of these processes, organization will have a significance contribution to develop social and moral obligations.
