Conclusions
The most effective educational intervention within this organization was to coach supervisors and a mixed group of supervisors and workplace champions together.
The dialogue together with the employees, where both organization and life-style were in focus, needs to continue.
During this one-year project the improved physical fitness among the employees was a clear measurable effect.
In some of the occupational groups even more stimulus for physical fitness training is necessary (cleaning and care).

This research received no specific grant from any funding agency in the public, commercial or not-for-profit sectors.
