The participants met for two hours once a week for fiveconsecutive weeks. The DMT program included creative dance,improvisational movement, and movement games. Emphasis wasplaced on developing a sense of security and personal space,redefining the boundaries of the body, and instilling connectednessto the self and others. A board-certified dance movement thera-pist with a doctoral degree facilitated all the sessions. The contentand structure of a typical session in the program are illustrated inTable
