The study reveals normal in size and parenchymal echoes of the liver.
No space-occupying lesion or bile duct dilatation is observed.
The gallbladder is well distended without stone or thickened wall.
The visualized aorta, pancreas and spleen appear normal.
Both kidneys are normal in size. Evidence of a 7 mm hyperechoic lesion without shadowing in the upper pole of left kidney is seen. No hydronephrosis is noted.
The urinary bladder is not full.
The visualized uterus and both adnexa are unremarkable.
There is no ascites or lymphadenopathy.
IMPRESSION
7 mm hyperechoic lesion without shadowing in the upper pole of left kidney. D/dx fatty tissue or angiomyolipoma.
No hydronephrosis.
Otherwise unremarkable.
