Because she see that this nursing home is deceive people, to assistant nurse who did not graduate professional to patient care. The reality is different from in the brochure clearly, and when she claim to get back the deposit, the hospital refused to give back. Then, she was reported to the police station. And let the police deal as an intermediary in negotiations between she and the hospital owners,then the hospital given back in cash 2 000 baht. That's unfair because of she book the bed just 2 days,and not using the service. She want to make such a in full refund , but the the owner not agreed. She wish the complaint hospital, Good nursing home with providing standard service defects, including deceive people.
