Nowadays mobile phone technology took a great role in users’ daily life so this is significant reason for mobile network facilitators to understand their behavior; as a result they will be able to develop network quality and services responding consumers’ behaviour. This paper studies about network user’s behavior in Bangkok on third generation mobile network, including recognition of the 3G network service providers, and authority of marketing mix in users’. The data was collected by questionnaire of 384 participants then operate 2 methods to analyze, descriptive statistics and Multiple Regression analysis technique.
