Evaluation should be a continuous process starting with the initiation of a project and continuing on through design. development, and implementation (Sharp et an., 2009). In order to evaluate mobile learning in diverse contexts, Vavoula and Sharp (2009)suggest that designers need to analyze: (1) the physical setting and the layout of the learning space; (2) the social setting; (3) the learning objectives and outcomes; (4) the learning methods and activities; (5) the learning progress and history; and (6) the earning tools. In addition, issues such as understandability, learnability, friendliness, playfulness, accuracy, suitability, compliance, interoperability, privacy, and ethics must be examined and evaluated carefully (Papanikolaou& Mavromoustakos, 2006).
